Palestine
Palestine came to my attention when I visited in Israel in 1989. I became aware of the occupation of Palestine and the brutal treatment of Palestinians by Zionist forces.
I learnt about the history of the country, people and culture including the Nakba (catastrophe) in 1948 which refers to the violent occupation of Palestine and the displacement of 750,000 Palestinians.
Sadly the suffering of Palestinians is worse than ever today.
They are suffering genocide and starvation by Zionist forces aided by US, UK, Germany and other complicit governments around the world.
There is a massive global solidarity movement speaking up for our Palestinian brothers and sisters.
In 2014 I began making photographs at Palestine marches and rallies. Some of this work is represented here, you can see more on my Instagram: @alexwolfe_warman.
I will donate all PROFIT from Palestine print sales to either Medical Aid for Palestinians (MAP), (a charity that works for the health and dignity of Palestinians living under occupation and as refugees) or Palestine Solidarity Campaign UK or Bristol Branch. You can choose which one I donate to when you buy a print. I hope to be able to add Bristol Palestine Alliance soon too. I am selling these prints at reduced cost in the hope that I sell more and so raise more money for Palestinians by doing so. All prints are supplied with a certificate of authenticity. To purchase a print click on the photo and it will take you to checkout. If you see a photograph on my Instagram profile @alexwolfe_warman and you would like a print of it please contact me directly, they are the same price as the Palestine prints on my website.
